Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Conditions for Return
- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

Return Process
Initiating a Return
- Email support@powerupgarage.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number with a prepaid shipping label.
Preparing Your Return
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
- Include the return authorization form and required documents.
- Attach the shipping label provided in our email.
Shipping the Return
Ship the package within 7 days of receiving the return authorization using a trackable shipping method (preferred: UPS).
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Specific Return and Refund Conditions
Returns Due to Change of Mind
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus restocking fees.
Defective or Damaged Goods
